Dr. Aileen Hawkins joins Inspired Online Schools as the Head of School of King’s InterHigh USA.
With more than two decades of experience in K-12 schools and education ventures, Aileen brings a wealth of knowledge and insight as an educator and leader. With extensive expertise in curriculum and instruction, academic technology, and school operations, Aileen is dedicated to inspiring students to become compassionate, courageous leaders in a dynamic, global community.
Prior to joining Inspired Online Schools, Aileen served as the Head of School and President of Laurel Springs School, an online private K-12 school. She also served as Middle School Director and Director of Advancement at Loudon Country Day School in Virginia and held teaching and administrative positions at The Potomac School (Virginia), Sage Hill School (California), La Jolla Country Day School (California), and Lake Forest Academy (Illinois).
Aileen holds degrees from Princeton and Brown University in Slavic Languages and Literatures and completed her doctorate in educational leadership and administration at The George Washington University.
